Community Active Supports (CAS) Disability Personal Training & Exercise is designed to help people living with disability build strength, mobility, confidence, and physical and mental wellbeing through tailored, supportive movement sessions.

Our sessions are inclusive, motivating, and built around your goals—so you can enjoy exercise in a way that feels achievable, empowering, and genuinely fun.

NDIS-Personal Training

CAS Disability Personal Training & Exercise is aligned with the NDIS and can be funded under Capacity Building (Health and Wellbeing - Personal training provided by a personal trainer to the participant).

Brett and Cathy are also happy to liaise with family members, care coordinators, and guardians where needed, to ensure supports are set up smoothly, and you can get started as soon as possible.
